I would also suspect any print quality issue to cause a such, might be only visible on some types of document due to black / color combinations.. a such will affect multiple computers as you described..
Press and hold the Start Copy Black button (![]()
) and the Start Copy Color button (![]()
) at the same time, keep the buttons pressed till the test page starts printing.

Can you see both Black, Magenta, Cyan and Yellow on the printed report?
