I have an officejet 6000, has given me great service. Last week there was a paper jam. After clearing it, the feed rollers would not drop down. After several restarts they began to drop down and feed paper, but the paper would jam at the top rollers (the one visible just under the print head). I cleaned rollers and looked for anything the paper could jam on, but found nothing and the paper was never marked that would indicate something in there. I gave up for a week. Now checking it out closely that last roller (just before the print head is going backwards when the paper reaches it. The paper is curled back and jams. Any sugestions??
