I have, over time, installed three of my four new ink cartridges (if this is relevant). I don't print often, but when I tried to print today, the carriage wouldn't move. I tried to see if there was a paper jam above and in the back. There wasn't. I unplugged from the wall when the printer was on. Then I tried to move the carriage, but couldn't get it to budge. I know that it wants to move because it does a rapid jerking motion. What is it that I need to do to get it "unstuck?"
I hate to "toss" this printer because I've hardly used it at all. If I do, it will be my last HP.
