The printer is brand new and connected via USB to the computer running a fresh copy of Windows 10 x64 ('fresh': I upgraded to Windows 10 and reset the computer). The driver is from the file OJ4630_Basicx64_198.exe (so just basic driver). I can scan and I can print the diagnostic page but I can't print anything else. All printing shortcuts have the Locked symbols next to them (please see attached).
