Product Name: HP Officejet Pro 8600 NR911g
Model Number: N911g
Product Number: CM750A
Operating System: MAC OS X Desktop
Problem:
Printer is not printing colors correctly. Ink levels show efficient levels and when performing diagnostic print test - it shows it can print all the colors just fine - yet when trying to then print picture - it can't - colors are wrong.
When you go to print a picture - I've tried all different pictures at this point and getting the same result - its as if it can't print "green, orange" so everything comes out looking Pink, grey, or red where it suppose to be. So where in the image its light blue - it will print out grey. Where its suppose to be green with yellow - it comes out pink and darker pink. Strange thing is it can print darker blues but not light blues as I mentioned it will be grey there - yet in some instances where its suppose to be dark blue it comes out green - but can't seem to print green where green is suppose to be.
Ink cartridges are all HP official ink cartrdiges.
Doens't matter which paper its on - its still all coming out pink, grey, purple.
Plain Regualr Paper is the same we've been using since we bought the machine - Boise X-9
Address Labels are Avery Paper Labels 8165
Troubleshooting Performed thus far:
While device is on - unplugged power cord from back of unit and waited 60seconds then reconnected - still didn't print correctly.
Reset Factory Settings - still not printing colors correctly.
Aligned Print Cartridges and ran diagnostic test - everything checked out - but colors still are not printing correctly.
Connection Method:
Printer is connected directly to wall outlet.
Please help - Thank you!!!
