I understand you have issues resetting the network. Let us try to reset the network defaults and see how that goes-
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds. Now, try to connect to the network. If the issue persists, we may have to perform a full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
