Hi,
I've had my printer for 2 months now. It jams regularly when using standard paper. Yesterday, it jammed really bad and tore shreds of paper into the ink bed and jammed the cartridges as well. When I opened the cartridge compartment, they was a bit of blue ink all over. I ran the process to clean the print head but everytime I print now, the image have blue streaks and a blue tint to them (see attached). How can I fix this?
I am ready to file a complaint and get a new one from the jamming alone because I don't understand why it does this and I haven't done anything to it. Please help
