1. What is the full name of your printer?
2. What is the Model # for the printer?
3. What is the Product # of the printer?
4. If you do a Hard Reset as described in the following link, is there any change?  Click Here 
5. Can you estimate the ink levels, in percent full for each cartridge, by looking at the printer ink gauge?
