Hi,
HP PageWide Pro 477dw suddenly stopped printing black color and prints in gray instead. Please see attached print quality report below. I tried all the troubleshooting on the printer itself and also black ink from another HP PageWide printer and the result is still the same. Any suggestions? Is the print head bad? Printer is 1.5 years old with only 6800 printed pages and on the first set of purchased genuine inks.
