I bought and installed my HP Photosmart 5520 using a wireless connection. My HP Network Configuration Page shows that everything is enabled and network status ready. My wireless network test results show that everything is good to go. I installed the printer using the CD given onto my Mac...now when I try to print it always says "the printer may not exist or is unavailable at this time." I've tried looking everywhere for answers and can't figure out what is wrong. It seems as though everything is connected, but obviously something is missing. Please help!! Thanks in advance :)
PS One thing I did notice is that on my laptop under the printer utility is shows a picture of my device (printer) but everything else listed is "unknown" (model, serial #, IP address, Etc).
