I understand that you're experiencing a yellow print quality issue when printing from your HP Officejet Pro 8500 series Printer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this issue. Because your ink levels show as full, it is likely that there is dried ink clogging the yellow nozzles within your machine. Or, there may be a defect with the Black and Yellow Printhead mechanism within your printer. Therefore, to start troubleshooting I would like you to complete some standard print quality troubleshooting steps. However, in order for me to provide you with accurate support today I do need to clarify which HP Officejet Pro 8500 series Printer you have?

 

 

  • (1) HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One Printer Series - A909

 

  • (2) HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer Series - A910
