What is the exact error that you get?
Try single-cartridge mode and check which ink cartridge is defective.
Check if you have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.
Resetting the printer to its factory settings may help.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
