Re: laserjet 2055d -Jam in cartridge area.

I'm having the same problem HP 1536.  I have tried running diagnostics and nothing comes up.  LJ is 2.5 years old with about 59K copies and I may have pushed it over its capacity.  It's a good machine and I would like to keep it but it is slowing me down too much.

Did you resolve your problem?
