Have HP 8600 Plus, just 4 months out of warranty. Screen shows message of probem with printer or ink system. Have followed all instructions in previous posts: unplugged from unit and from wall; unit is plugged directly into wall; took out each cartridge and cleaned copper area; took out printer head (several times) and reinstalled; turned unit off, unplugged, and waited more than 60 seconds to plug back in; checked front and back for paper jams (none); paper is correct size and weight and amount. Same message continues. Can not do anything on the screen. Anybody help? Thanks!!
