I am using Windows 8 and was printing a .pdf file created in Microsoft Publisher. I am using the printer as it was set up when first installed (no new drivers, etc.) The margins of the problem file were set at two-tenths of an inch in the original .pub file. As noted, the 0.2-inch margins were printed correctly at the top and both sides, but three lines were missing at the bottom. (Resulting in a 0.5-inch margin at the bottom.) I got the final three lines to print by changing the indicated paper size to Legal, 8.5x14. This resulted in large margins at both top and bottom (vertical centering) which I then trimmed away.
There is never a problem when the more normal half-inch or one-inch margins are set.
