I am sorry I can't click accept Solution because the problem is not fixed. You did not take the time to read my question. I did replace the printhead. You told me to call HP which I did. They told me I had bought a lemon and since it was not in warrenty I was simply out of luck They offered to sell me a one year newer model that was refurbished for a higher price than I could buy it new from several reatilers. They are not intered in backing up a product for a home office. I am shocked at this level of customer service.
Not a problem. I will just never buy an HP product again and pass the word to everyone I know.
