Using Windows 7; pasted a screen print in word doc then cropped to size. Print preview shows only cropped item (correctly shows what I intended to print). When page is printed part of the info that was outside the copped area prints, also cuts off right third of cropped item. Emailed same document to work and it prints fine. Problem only happens when I print on the home HP Envy 5530. Already tried shutting down and restarting the printer - no change in printing results.
