Thank you for your response. It says alot about what HP thinks about their consumers.
25,000 printers a month really isn't that much. Yes, other manufacturers have problems. Yes, sometimes things just fail. This is not the case with HP. They clearly have a problem with the printer heads. Printer heads that are used in multiple models of HP printers. The fact that they are failing months outside of warranty for hundreds of users and HP refuses to acknowledge a problem or extend the warranty shows that they don't care.
Eventually the bad word of mouth will get to them. I quess I'll take my que from your email and take mine and my employers business elsewhere.
