I understand how frustrating this must be.
It looks like the Instant Ink subscription under your first email hasn't been fully canceled yet — the payment for the last billing cycle is still pending. That’s why your printer is blocking usage of the Instant Ink cartridges and asking for payment info.
To continue printing with those cartridges, you’ll need to update the payment method. If you’d prefer not to, you can switch to regular HP genuine cartridges instead.
As for the second email ID, that account is already inactive, so just use standard cartridges with that setup.
