I bought M1136 MFP two months back. Soon after it starts giving trouble to me. After 500 prints the tonner gone away. On contacting the customer support they told the tonner comes with printer is a demo one and does not guarantee 1500 prints, moreover the print quality is due to the tonner and suggested me to replace the tonner.
On the suggestion, I replaced the tonner and now the problem still persists which reflects the problem is with printer and not with tonner.
I have already tried with instructions to clean the tonner and test pages but still it is not giving the expected result.
Actual print problem
In printing a page, the upper half of the page is printed continuosly on the page overlapping the other content.
Any suggestion would be a great help.
