Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand your concerns. Please make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector.
How is this printer connected? Wireless or USB?
Please make sure the driver settings on these computer(s) are correct. If this step doesn't work, then uninstall the printer software. I will provide a HP document on performing this step here.
Next, install the full feature software from the HP website here. Please choose your correct operating system.
