Hi. I have been having an issue with my family's Laserjet Pro 200 Color M276NW when printing from my Windows 7 (64-bit) desktop for a long time now. The first time I print a document after starting my computer, it prints the entire document just fine. However, subsequent print jobs will simply freeze the program that sent them (such as Outlook, Opera, etc.) on a "printing page of" screen. I also cannot print a test page in Windows after the first job completes. I eventually figured out that this probably has something to do with the spooler service in Windows, or the print queue. When I look in the queue after printing the first document, it shows that document in it, but the new job that froze my application does not show up. After I restart my computer, I can print one more document before I have to restart again.
The printer is networked on our home network; it is not connected to any computers via USB, and I believe the connection to the router is ethernet. My computer is connected to our network via a wireless connection. I have tried restarting the spooler, entering the printer's IP address into my web browser (which works fine and shows the correct page), and everything else listed in the help article. Attempting to open printer properties in Devices and Printers doesn't do anything.
To complicate this, the printer won't even print the first job since I got on my computer and tried doing so today. Also, I had the exact same issue on my laptop, which also used Windows 7 and wirelessly connected to our home network. The laptop now has Linux on it instead; I have tested multiple print jobs on it just now and they printed just fine.
My dad, who has a wired connection to the router, told me that he is able to print multiple jobs just fine. I just had my brother (who also has a wired connection) print two different documents, and it worked just fine. This leads me to believe that it somehow has something to do with the affected computer's wireless connection to the router, in combination with Windows 7, apparently.
