I am having the same problem. I am using a Mac OS X Ver 10.7.4. I can print a word document at work on any printer in the building using this laptop. I can't print any word document at home on my Photosmart C4780 using the same laptop. Obviously, there is something wrong with the HP printer at home because the word program works just fine at work. I am totally frustrated with this printer and can not find a fix anywhere on your site. I see that I am not alone with this problem. Many people have posted about this problem but I have failed to see a fix.
