Thanks so much for continuing to help me with this problem. I have Windows Vista and haven't been able to utilize HP Print Doctor because Microscoft interrupts my running the program with a message saying the program has stopped. I emphasize that I am not computer savy and appreciate any help I can get. I did find the videos you suggested thru the Forum. Will post another message if I'm unable to fix my problem after reviewing the videos. Hope we can reconnect at some point if I can't solve my problem.
