I have a CP4525. The printer is equipped with a 3rd tray. The problem is when printing from tray 3 the print out is crooked.
Let me explain:
When I print a "Registraion Test Page" and fold the paper as instructed the horizontal and veritcal lines do not match with the creases. The X1- is lower on the horizontal crease and the Y1+ is to the left of the vertical crease. Y1- and X1+ are fine. I've tried changing the mm for the registration setting but they only move the image up or down and left to right or vise versa.
Notes:
This is only for Side 1, Side 2 has no problem.
Tray's 1 and 2 have no problem.
It's almost as if the paper is being fed through the rollers crooked but the tray is seated firmly and flush to the printer.
This is driving me nuts. Any suggetsion would be appreciated.
Thanks
