I do have OfficeJet Pro 8500A Plus and I do have printing problems. Although it says the document is being printed, it doesn''t. On top of the print queue box it says 'Intervention of the user required'.
I downloaded the latest drivers, rebooted the printer and laptop, etc.
In one of the issue with the same topic I read I should use genuine HP cartridges??????
Please help, this is really annoying.
