Hello folks. You might be able to help me before I have an episode.
After some years of faithful service, my Wide Format Printer is acting the bollocks. It's an HP Officejet 7000, Wide Format (C9299A).
I'm using Mac OSX 10.8.5
One of the inks stopped printing. It's not letting me clean the print heads, print a configuration page etc. from Print Utility on either my desktop or my laptop. It just reports the printer is in an error state. See photo below. It won't let me do anything until I've resolved the error, aside from using "Apple + P" to print from within documents (still missing a colour). I just put in a whole fresh set of cartridges. Still no joy. I'm about to bin HP altogether. It's profoundly annoying, and Uncel Google isn't helping at all.
