I setup my printer for direct, eprint and cloud printing and all was good. Printer is just over a month old, purchased new, not a refurb.
then:
1) Sleep mode did not seem to awaken the printer when I sent something from home, so I turned off all sleep modes.
2) Black ink cartridge error is displayed (just wanted to give full details but I'm sure this isn't affecting the printer)
3) The wireless network the printer is connected to stops working wirelessly and the blue light on the printer flashes (wireless from the router is dead for all wireless devices)
4) At some point after all of the above happens, the printer becomes unresponsive. Nothing will print, I can't make a copy and all buttons on the front panel are unresponsive, except for the I/O button which I have to use to turn it off and fire it back up and then I can print/copy again.
Thanks for any help, I hope I've supplied all necessary information. There doesn't seem to be any specific length of time before the printer ends up like this, but it's been doing it for about a week and I'm just starting to write down any info I can about when/why it is doing this
