After looking at the diagnostic sheet you have uploaded it verifies that you are not getting any black print from the Black and Yellow Printhead. In order to resolve the problem you are having you will need to replace the Black and Yellow Printhead with a new one. You can buy one from the link below or pick one up locally at one of the major technology stores like Best Buy, Staples, and ECT.
